Concord’s Co-Founders
As one of the founders of the company, Mr. Cahill has been with Concord since 1988. Mr. Cahill is a chairperson of Concord’s Investment Strategy Group (ISG). Mr. Cahill is actively engaged with clients in a lead consultant capacity, as well as developing investment strategy for all clients. Prior to founding Concord, Mr. Cahill worked for both Merrill Lynch and PaineWebber. Mr. Cahill earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. He is a lifelong resident of the Princeton, N.J. area.
As one of the founders of the company, Mr. Santin has been with Concord since 1988. Mr. Santin is a chairperson of the Concord ISG. As Managing Partner, Mr. Santin is responsible for oversight of all firm operations, strategy, and compliance. He is actively engaged with clients in a lead consultant capacity, as well as developing investment strategy for all clients. Prior to founding Concord, Mr. Santin worked for Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber and Hamilton & Co. Mr. Santin earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Rider College in Lawrenceville, N.J. and a MBA degree from Rutgers University in Newark, N.J. He has been a lifelong resident of the Princeton, N.J. area.
Consulting Team
Mr. Bolton joined Concord as an analyst in 2011 in the role of portfolio oversight. During John’s tenure he managed a client service team before moving into relationship management. In 2018 John earned the Senior Consultant designation. John is a senior member of Concord’s Consulting team, servicing clients across the firm. Mr. Bolton holds a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University, Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy. Before joining Concord Mr. Bolton was employed by Investors Savings Bank and Metropolitan Life.
Mr. Cender began his career with Concord as a Portfolio Analyst in 2012. As an analyst, Chris worked closely with finance office personnel on portfolio administration and reporting. Chris was promoted to consultant in 2016, and currently he is engaged with leading governance and reporting for defined contribution plans. Responsibilities include research on managers, industry news and regulations, developing board education materials, and client portfolio oversight. Mr. Cender attended American University where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance with a minor in Economics. Chris was previously employed at MSCI-Institutional Shareholder Services.
Mr. Dominguez joined Concord after working with Bank of New York Mellon as a Portfolio Accounting Analyst. Ernesto graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Finance. His responsibilities at Concord are focused on working with the Analyst team on portfolio oversight and reporting for clients.
Renee Gallagher, CIMA, Director – Client Relations
Ms. Gallagher is the Director of Client Relations at Concord, where she leverages her extensive experience in the financial industry to foster strong client relationships. With her financial career spanning over two decades, Ms. Gallagher brings a wealth of expertise in serving institutional clients, in particular the non-profit sector. Before joining Concord, Ms. Gallagher was Vice President at Comerica Bank, with a focus on serving institutional clients. Prior to that, she was Vice President at Capstone Asset Management, with a particular focus on not-for-profit entities.Ms. Gallagher earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She has a great appreciation for the arts, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ballet Austin.
Mr. Grisley performs portfolio oversight and reporting for his team’s clients. Mike is a graduate of the Ramapo College of New Jersey, Anisfield School of Business where he obtained a B.S in Finance and Business Administration. Mike earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation in 2019 and he is a member of the Investments and Wealth Institute.
Ms. Maleson performs portfolio oversight and reporting for her team’s clients. Lisa graduated from Rider University with a B.S. degree in Business Economics. Lisa was previously employed at Merrill Lynch as a mutual fund trader and senior portfolio analyst assistant.
Ms. McCarter attended South Carolina University completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Darla Moore School of Business, majoring in Risk Management and Insurance. Ms. McCarter completed a brokerage and agency internship with South Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance. Working with Concord’s Analyst team Emme performs portfolio oversight and reporting for clients.
Mr. Michalski has been working in institutional investment consulting since 1989 when he joined Concord. Mr. Michalski has extensive experience providing leadership to finance committees for the stewardship of their organization’s assets. Mr. Michalski’s prior experience comes from being a security analyst with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Michael graduated from Rutgers with a B.A. degree in Accounting and an MBA degree in Finance.
Ms. Minning has over twenty years of experience working in back and middle office operations. Most recently Kelly worked with Broadridge Financial as a Senior Production Analyst. Prior experience includes working in Corporate Actions at State Street Corporation and BlackRock Financial Management. Ms. Minning graduated from Rider University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance.
Mr. Molina graduated from Rider University with a BS in Business Administration. He previously served as an Intern with Bristol Myers Squibb working with Worldwide Patient Safety. His responsibilities at Concord focus on portfolio oversight and reporting for clients with the Analyst team.
Mr. Ochalski performs portfolio oversight and reporting for his team’s clients. Alex graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Management.
Mr. Renner performs portfolio oversight and reporting for his team’s clients. Logan attended Florida Gulf Coast University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a Music minor. Before joining Concord Logan was employed at MD Solutions as a financial operations intern.
Ms. Rodriguez graduated from Rider University with a BS in Business Administration. She joins Concord after an internship with Princeton University Investment Company where she worked as an Operations Analyst Intern. At Concord she is working with the Analyst team to perform portfolio oversight and reporting for clients.
Mr. Santin is responsible for portfolio oversight, client reporting, and investment analysis. Chad provides administrative support to clients’ finance staff. Chad graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Mr. Schleiffer joined Concord in 2012 as a portfolio analyst. Mr. Schleiffer was promoted to a consulting role in 2016. As Consultant he is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all operational activities on the client service team. Scott works closely with Concord’s Senior Consultants to deliver investment consulting services, including daily interaction with client staff and ongoing oversight of manager activities. Mr. Schleiffer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Economics & Finance from Rider University. Mr. Schleiffer was previously employed by Johnson & Johnson Global Financial Services.
Mr. Stephan joined the Concord consulting team in 2012 and became a voting member of the firm’s Investment Strategy Group in 2016. In addition to assisting clients in developing customized investment programs, Mr. Stephan is also an active participant in the firm’s investment research efforts, including asset allocation strategy and portfolio construction for the firm’s clientele. Before joining Concord, Mr. Stephan was a Director in Perella Weinberg Partners Agility Group and a Senior Managing Consultant at PFM Advisors. Bradford also served as Investment Director for SEI’s Institutional Group. Mr. Stephan earned his MBA in Finance from Villanova University, is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Business Administration, and continues to hold membership within the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
Mr. Tamasi started his career at Merrill Lynch. He joined Concord in 1989 shortly after the firm was founded. Mr. Tamasi has over thirty years’ experience delivering Concord’s services. Matthew manages client onboarding, rebalancing and ongoing portfolio oversight.
He holds a B.S. degree from Ithaca College.
Mr. Tan performs portfolio oversight and reporting for his team’s clients. James attended The University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance. Before joining Concord James worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at Tishman Hotel Corporation. Mr. Tan earned his CFA in June, 2023 and is a member of the CFA Society of Orlando.
Prior to joining Concord, Ms. Trommer served as an Assistant Vice President in Fund Operations and Hedge Fund Accounting with iCapital Network and Bank of America. Colleen graduated from Temple University with a BS in Business Administration, Finance. Her responsibilities at Concord are focused on working with the Analyst team on portfolio oversight and reporting for clients.
Mr. Yezzi attended Boston College completing his Bachelor of Science at the Carroll School of Management, with a concentration in finance. At Boston College he was engaged with The New England Classic as an Editor. Mr. Yezzi completed an internship with PNC Financial Services Institute prior to joining Concord. Working with Concord’s Analyst team Steven performs portfolio oversight and reporting for clients.
Research Team
Mr. Asher started his career with Concord in 2017 as a portfolio analyst. After indoctrinating in the portfolio oversight role Tam joined Concord’s research team. Conducting investment strategy analysis and performing ongoing due diligence on investment managers are Tam’s primary responsibilities. Tam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics & Economics at Lafayette College. Mr. Asher also majored in German and he is fluent in the language. Mr. Asher earned his CFA in April 2024 and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
As Concord’s Director of Research, Ms. Hine collaborates with the broader research team and Consultants to identify investment managers and strategies that are appropriate for Concord clients.
A CFA charter holder since 2006, Ms. Hine also earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing in 2022. In addition, Ms. Hine conducts investment manager research, across asset classes, with a focus on SRI, ESG and impact investing. Additional areas of specialized knowledge include the real estate and private equity sectors. Prior to Concord, Ms. Hine was employed at The Burgiss Group as a Senior Client Service Associate. Marissa also held positions with GMAC Residential Capital, Fitch Ratings and Deutsche Bank. Ms. Hine obtained her B.A. in Business and Economics from Lafayette College.
Mr. Laux is a voting member of Concord’s Investment Strategy Group where he has an integral role identifying managers and strategies that are appropriate for Concord clients. The Director works closely with all consultants to deliver client focused investment solutions. Prior to Concord, Mr. Laux was Director of Research for Ernst & Young’s Investment Advisory Service Practice and was a Senior Research Analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Consulting Services Group. He also previously spent time on the plan sponsor side with Public Service Enterprise Group and Orange and Rockland Utilities. Mr. Laux’s educational background includes an MBA in Financial Management from Iona College and a BBA in Accounting from Siena College.
Ms. Lukonin assists the research team in conducting manager due diligence. Victoria earned her Business Administration degree from Thomas Edison State College. She has extensive experience in investment operations for fixed income and alternative investments, most recently at Prudential Investment Management and Deutsche Asset Management.
As Concord’s research strategist Mr. Lyons performs broad investment research for identifying innovative and best in class strategies for clients. Areas of specialty include asset allocation research, private credit and alternative investments. Mr. Lyons takes a lead role in the development of the quarterly market outlook as a member of Concord's Investment Strategy Group. Tom is the primary author of Concord's monthly Market Highlights publication. Mr. Lyons earned a BSBA, in Finance from Villanova University and he is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. Tom was previously employed with Susquehanna International Group, and Ameriprise Financial.
Ms. Nataraj completed her bachelor’s degree in Statistics at the University of Mumbai. Before joining Concord Rama held an accounting role with Casper Pharma, and she previously worked as a financial analyst at Bloomberg. Ms. Nataraj is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
Mr. Rohloff joined Concord after serving many years with HSBC Global Asset Management as a Vice President-Portfolio Manager/Analyst. Gordon received his BA in Economics from SUNY- University of Buffalo and then went on to obtain his MBA at SUNY- University of Buffalo. Gordon holds a Certificate in ESG Investing sponsored by the CFA Institute. His primary responsibilities include conducting investment strategy analysis and performing ongoing due diligence on investment managers.
Administration & Technology
Ms. Barclay has executed business operations at Concord for over two decades. As an Executive Committee member, she works closely with senior staff auditing office operations and overseeing human resources. Prior to joining Concord, Ms. Barclay worked for The Wall Street Journal in various administrative positions. Lynn graduated from Douglas College, Rutgers University with a B.A. in Economics.
Ms. Henderson joined Concord after working in higher education. Kate graduated with a BA in Communications from University of Detroit Mercy and then went on to obtain her Masters in Sport Administration from Wayne State University. Ms. Henderson provides administrative support for the Consulting team and she works closely with the Chief Compliance Office to manage the firm’s compliance program.
Ms. Leonardo started her career with Concord’s research team in 2005 after earning her B.A. in Liberal Arts at Rider University. Progressing to Office Manager she earned the director title in 2024. Ms. Leonardo directs business administration managing daily operations and leading various business processes. Key responsibilities include financial management, staff coordination, and policy compliance.
Ms. Li joined Concord in 2005 to develop a proprietary software system for client service and reporting. The CAG system was officially copyrighted in 2012 and Min continues to customize the software for performance reporting and client service management. Prior to joining Concord, Ms. Li worked at Microsoft Corp. as a Software Engineer, and at Princeton University. Ms. Li received her Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
